1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using ShopCSV ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ShopCSV is a Shopify application that provides:

• Bulk product export to CSV format
• Bulk product import from CSV files
• Product data editing and management
• Inventory and pricing updates

3. Account Requirements

To use ShopCSV, you must:

• Have a valid Shopify store
• Install the App through Shopify's official app store or authorized channels
• Grant necessary permissions for the App to function
• Maintain accurate account information

4. Subscription and Billing

Free Plan

The free plan includes limited features with a maximum of 100 products.

Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions are billed through Shopify's billing system. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize Shopify to charge your payment method
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Refunds are handled according to Shopify's policies

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the App
• Maintain the security of your Shopify account
• Take responsibility for all data imported or modified

6. Data and Content

You retain ownership of your product data. By using the App, you grant us permission to:

• Access and process your product data as necessary
• Store temporary copies for processing
• Transmit data securely through our systems

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for data loss resulting from user error or misuse

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary outages
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its design, code, and branding, remain with DevMotion Studio. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Create derivative works based on the App

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• You may uninstall the App at any time through Shopify
• We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or email.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
