By installing or using ShopCSV ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
ShopCSV is a Shopify application that provides:
- Bulk product export to CSV format
- Bulk product import from CSV files
- Product data editing and management
- Inventory and pricing updates
3. Subscription and Billing
The free plan includes limited features with a maximum of 100 products. Paid subscriptions are billed through Shopify's billing system. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws
- Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Maintain the security of your Shopify account
- Take responsibility for all data imported or modified
5. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from user error or misuse.
6. Termination
You may uninstall the App at any time through Shopify. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
