How do I export my products to CSV?

Click the "Export" button in the toolbar. You can choose to export all products or only selected/filtered products. The CSV file will download automatically.

How do I import products from CSV?

Click "Import" and select your CSV file. The file should match the format of our export. Products are matched by Handle or ID for updates. New handles create new products.

Can I undo changes?

Yes! Use the Undo/Redo buttons in the toolbar, or press Ctrl+Z / Ctrl+Y. Changes are only saved to Shopify when you click "Save Changes".

Can I edit inventory quantities?

Yes! ShopCSV supports editing inventory quantities directly in the grid. Simply edit the "Inventory" column for any variant. When you save, the app will automatically activate inventory at the correct location if needed and update the quantity.

What are the plan limits?

What happens if I use a duplicate Handle or SKU?

ShopCSV validates your changes before saving to prevent issues:

While duplicate SKUs are allowed, they may cause issues with inventory tracking in some third-party systems. Use duplicate SKUs intentionally.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your Shopify Admin → Settings → Apps and sales channels → ShopCSV → Cancel subscription. You can also uninstall the app to cancel immediately.
