Store Information
When you install ShopCSV, we collect:
- Your Shopify store domain (e.g., yourstore.myshopify.com)
- Store owner email address
- Access tokens for API communication
Product Data
To provide our services, we access:
- Product titles, descriptions, and variants
- Product prices and inventory levels
- Product images and metadata
- Product tags and categories
3. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and maintain our CSV export/import functionality
- Process your product data modifications
- Communicate with you about updates or issues
- Improve our application and user experience

4. Data Storage and Security
We do NOT store your product data on our servers. ShopCSV reads product information directly from your Shopify store and writes changes back to Shopify. Your products never leave Shopify servers.
We only store minimal data required for app functionality: your store domain, access tokens, and subscription status. This data is stored on secure servers in the European Union with encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS).
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only with Shopify as required for app functionality, when required by law, or to protect our rights or safety.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your app is installed. Upon uninstallation, access tokens are immediately revoked and store data is deleted within 30 days.

You have the right to access your personal data, request data correction or deletion, export your data, and withdraw consent at any time.
